Our Mission
KAP has a three-fold mission that helps Kailua residents prepare for all-hazard events by:
- Promoting all-hazard preparedness;
- Equipping Kailua-based response and recovery groups; and
- Coordinating the distribution of essential and life-saving resources during the recovery phase of an event
